Mini Sticks is the perfect opportunity to learn the game of field hockey in a fun and exciting environment. We teach the athletes from the most basic skills and develop them to being able to play a small sided game with tons of fun sprinkled in as well! The PK/JK groups are separate from the Kindergarten groups as we differentiate the program. Due to spacing, winter Mini Sticks is open to Ks and experienced JK/PK four and five year olds. Fall and spring Mini Sticks is open to all 3-6 year olds. Feel free to email Kate@gatewayfieldhockey.com with any questions.

Spring Mini-Sticks
Includes: A Gateway uniform shirt, coaching, and game play
Open to: JK, PK, and K - 3-6 year olds
Fees:
- Early Bird - $80 before February 15th
- Regular - $90 between February 16th-March 15th
- Late - $110 - on/after March 16th
Location: Villa Duchesne
League Dates: Sundays - April 7th through May 19th (No games on May 12th - Mother's Day)
Times: Mini Sticks is typically assigned the noon game slot, but could be between 11am-2pm. The final schedule will be released in mid March.
Notes: Athletes must be potty independent and able to work in a small group/team with a few coaches while their parents are on the sideline.
Kindergarten athletes can register for Spring Prep Club, Spring League, or Spring Mini Sticks. If a player is brand new, it is suggested they register for Mini Sticks. Kindergarteners with experience should register for Prep Club or League.
Fall Mini-Sticks
Fall Mini Sticks registration opens in June.
Winter Mini League
Winter Mini Sticks is currently in progress and at capacity.
