ABOUT MINI STICKS
Mini Sticks is the perfect opportunity for girls and boys ages 3-6 years old learn the game of field hockey in a fun, informative, and exciting environment. Our coaches do an excellent job introducing the athletes to the most basic skills while developing them to be able to play small sided games and of course keeping it super fun and engaging! Mini Sticks groups are created based on friend requests and age and typically includes 2-3 coaches per team providing an excellent coach:player ratio. Held during January and February, but only for Kindergarten!

Held during April and May for PK/JK and Kindergarten!

Spring Mini-Sticks
SPRING MINI STICKS REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
Includes: Gateway uniform shirt, coaching, and tons of fun learning field hockey
Divisions:
- JK/PK Division (50 mins) - All skills and drills with some game play towards the end
- Kindergarten Division (1 hour) - Skills and Drills with game play every week
Fees: Vary depending on program (JK/PK Fee / K Fee)
- JK/PK - $80 on/before Feb 10, $90 after Feb 10
- Kindergarten - $110 on/before Feb 10, $120 after Feb 10
- Registrations close when the program is full

Location: Villa Duchesne - 10801 Conway Road, Frontenac, MO
League Dates: Sunday | April 6, 13, 19 (Saturday), 27, May 4, 18
Times: Mini Sticks will be assigned a practice slot between 11am-1pm dependent on the entire spring league schedule
Notes: Athletes must be potty independent and able to work in a small group/team with a few coaches while their parents are on the sideline.

INTERESTED IN COACHING?
We would love to have parents help coach! Each Mini Sticks team typically has 2-4 coaches and we welcome enthusiastic and positive parents. All coaching is paid and you also get a discount on the program your child is in! Reach out to Kate@gatewayfieldhockey.com if you are interested!
