Our Club teams are open to athletes in U-8, U-10, U-12, U-14, U-16, and U-19. Club divisions are based on birth year, please see our club page for more information about which age your athlete falls into.
Gateway Leagues, Gateway Camps, and Gateway Academy are open to athletes in grades Junior/Pre Kindergarten - 12th grade.
Gateway Leagues, Gateway Camps, and Gateway Academy are open to athletes in grades Junior Kindergarten - 12th grade. We welcome athletes from ages 4 - 18 years old at league and camp!
Gateway Club provides top-level instruction to all of our club members. We teach our athletes to be leaders, teammates, and citizens on and off the field while demonstrating positive sportsmanship. All of our club athletes are taught the most current and ages appropriate skills and game concepts to further their field hockey game.
Gateway Club always promotes our athletes to be versatile and play whatever sports they would like! As recommended by many college coaches, the girls are encouraged to play at least one other sport to avoid injury and burnout. We practice once or twice a week to allow for other sports and activities. When our seniors depart after years of Gateway Club they have a love and passion for field hockey!
Yes! During our Club seasons, our goalies have a specific session where they are trained on the latest goalkeeping skills! We also offer goalie training during our team training sessions!
We highly suggest registering for the Academy and/or League. Academy will be mostly beginners and league will be most beginners in the K-4th leagues and we offer different levels in the 5th - 8th grade leagues. Beginners are welcome into Junior Club in the K-5th grade as well.

Yes! Any of our Gateway coaches can do private lessons. You may contact any of them directly to arrange lessons. We also highly recommend putting your athlete in one of our many programs so they can learn the game as a team sport.
